My office is located on US-1 across from the University of Miami., just North of 57th Ave Sunset Place. My building is the two story "Capital Bank #1390" building  with white iron balcony railings; it used to be the old University Court Hotel.; located on Gables Waterway. The building is on the corner of S. Alhambra Circle & US-1. Meter Parking is available 

My unit is on the EAST side of the building, on the second floor, overlooking the pool and just ABOVE the deli. Take the stairs up to the second floor, suite #2224.
